Yes, you can exchange your item! We offer exchanges on new, unworn, and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a different size, color, or product. If there’s a price difference, you’ll only pay the additional cost. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
We apologize if you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to our email(service@tiniusshop.com) with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 90 day return window cannot be returned or refunded.
